Description

Hello. I'd like to introduce you my new car project. It was quite a challenge for me, which I wanted to perfect. I plan to strive for increasingly better projects.

About the model:

The car's body is split in half to allow for better printing results. I used PLA SUNLU filament for printing. The wheels spin and have a locking pin to prevent them from falling out.

Additionally, the model has a replaceable spoiler. If you're interested in additional spoilers or rims for this model, please send us a pm.

Assembly instructions:

To assemble the model, you'll need cyanoacrylate glue. It's a good idea to have a small file, pliers, and a small screwdriver.

Step1:
The mirrors are fragile, and the supports are firmly attached. Carefully cut off the supports with pliers.

Step2:

For better results, you can file down the connecting surfaces with a file. Glue the dowels alone. Once the glue has dried, assemble them without the glue and check the result. If the joint isn't quite right, file down the dowels a bit. If it's right, glue the two halves together.

Step3:

The taillight required some light filing. The taillight doesn't require gluing. Just press it in with something firm.

Step4:

Insert spoiler without glue.

Step5:

Wheels. The printed hole in the vertical orientation is usually not ideal. I use a screwdriver to deburr holes. I put the wheels on without and check if they move freely.

Then put the tires on the rims

Finally, lock the wheels with pins.

Have fun :)
