Flexi Boat – Articulated Bath Toy

Based on user feedback, I redesigned the articulated connection between individual boat segments to improve durability and reduce the chance of breaking during handling and play.

The new reinforced joint version features:

• thicker connection walls
• improved stress distribution around the hinge area
• stronger overall articulation while keeping the same flexibility

Print-in-place, no assembly required, with smooth flexible joints and a simple child-friendly shape.

 

The articulated sections move freely when splashed or pushed, making bath time more fun and interactive.

 

This model is available in three length variants, so you can choose the perfect size for your printer or bath time setup:

• 4 Segments 155 x 30 x 30 mm
• 5 Segments 190 x 30 x 30 mm

Each version prints as one single piece, with freely moving articulated sections.
