1/2 3/8 1/4 in. Socket Rails and Nubs PETG ABS

I have designed a triple rail and single rail after the Craftsman V-Series and Gripedge socket rails. I have also included rail end pieces to prevent sockets from falling out of the rails. The rail end pieces are secures with m3 screws. The rails have m3 threaded inserts put into them after printing. They are easy to put in with a soldering iron. The threaded inserts and screws are not required for the end caps but do ensure they do not fall off and let your sockets fall out of the rail. The End caps on the original Craftsman V-series and Gripedge rails did not really prevent the sockets from falling off the rails.

The Rails are PETG-HF filament and the nubs are ABS. ABS seems to slide easily in the PETG-HF rails. If the rails are also ABS then I think it would also be fine. The magnets are 12x3mm rare earth magnets. I tried printing the rails in PETG-CF and it seemed to work well and they printed beautifully but completely unnecessary. You could probably print the rails in PLA but would be a bit brittle in my opinion.  

If you print the nubs and use them on original Craftsman V-series rails or gripedge rails, the nubs will be tight but they will fit. I prefer them to be a tight fit. Also X-Y compensation should be .08 in the print profile for everything. If things are tight you can adjust this value.
