1/35 Swedish Tank Bandkanon(BKAN1C)-Working Tracks

This is a high-precision 3D printable model of the legendary Swedish Bandkanon 1C (BKAN 1C) self-propelled gun. Designed for FDM printing, it features fully movable tracks and articulated suspension, making it a satisfying "push-toy" model once assembled.

To achieve the best balance between strength and detail, this project is divided into parts optimized for 0.4mm and 0.2mm nozzles.

Boost MeIt took me about a month to build this model. It can be regarded as my first relatively complete project. If the response is good, I will try to add the CyberBrick suite to make it a fully movable model.

 

⚠️ Important Notes / 重要提示

• Glue Required: This model requires glue for assembly. It is NOT a snap-fit kit.

• Fragile Parts: Please handle the handrails with extreme care! They are scaled realistically and are very thin. Be careful not to break them during support removal or assembly.

• Download All Files: The model parts are split across multiple plates/profiles. You need to download and print ALL parts (0.4mm and 0.2mm nozzles) to complete the model. Including heat dissipation grilles, Idler wheels, and other small details.

 

Print Settings & Profiles / 打印设置与配置说明

I have uploaded separate slice files for 0.4mm and 0.2mm nozzles. Custom supports have been painted, and necessary brims/speed reductions are already set in the profiles. 

1. Main Body & Chassis (0.4mm Nozzle Recommended)

• Most structural parts are designed for a standard 0.4mm nozzle.

2. High Detail Parts (0.2mm Nozzle Highly Recommended)

• Parts: Heat dissipation grilles, Idler wheels, and other small details.
• Why: These parts have fine geometries that 0.4mm nozzles may struggle to resolve. Using a 0.2mm nozzle will ensure the grilles are clean and the wheels rotate smoothly.

Note: Please adjust the specific temperature and flow settings according to your own printer and filament brand. 

 

UPDATE 26/02/03

1. The bonded surface area has been increased. 

2. The track tolerance provides a new type of track tolerance. (Green Ones) 

3. The support and tolerance of the connection holes between the turret and the base ring have been added. 

4. The limit of the gun barrel has been added. 

5. The limit of the camouflage net support has been added.
