Dalek Eye Scepter

This is a life-sized Dalek eye that I then add a energy dispenser to the end of.

I made the model for minimal assembly and no ams needed the assembly go's as follows.

Do a dry fit before glueing anything together

Step One - Glue the Eye Lens onto the Eye Top by pushing the disc of the Eye Lens into the furthest step in from the back.

Step Two - Glue the Eye Backing to the Eye Top on top of the Eye Lens with the cylinder point out away from the lens.

Step Three - Glue the four Eye Pins into to holes onto the Eye Top.

Step Four - Glue the Eye Top assembly on to the Eye Back.

If you are just making the Eye, you can now put the LEDs into the Stalk Start then slid it into the Eye assembly and try it out.

Step Five - Glue the Eye Stalk into the Eye LED Holder.

Step Six - Glue the one Eye Ring Small onto the Eye Stalk then one Eye Ring Medium then one Eye Ring Large.

Step Seven - Glue the Eye Rings Spacer onto the Eye Stalk assembly.

Step Eight - Glue the Eye Ring Large onto the Eye Stalk then Eye Ring Medium then Eye Ring Large.

Now if you are only making the Dalek Eye Scepter you now - Glue the Stalk End to the Eye Stalk Assembly then put the LEDs into the Eye Led Holder then slid it into the Eye assembly and try it out.

Step Nine - Glue the Handle onto the Eye Stalk Assembly.

Step Ten - Glue the Light Raiser into the Handle.

Step Eleven - Glue the Light Base into the Light Raiser.

Step Twelve - Glue the Energy Dispenser Inside into the Energy Dispenser Cover.

Step Thirteen - Put the Blue LEDS into the Eye LED Holder and slid it into the Eye assembly.

Step Fourteen - Put the White LEDS into the Light Base and twist the Light Top to the Base.

Step Fifteen - Twist the Energy Dispenser assembly to the Handle.

If you are slicing the model yourself, the colours for the part are

Black - Eye Top, Eye Back, Eye LED Holder. Stalk Start and Eye Pins

Silver - Handle, Stalk End, Eye Stalk, Light Raiser and Energy Dispenser Cover

White - Eye Baking, Light Base and Light Top

Clear - Eye Lens and Energy Dispenser Inside

You will need to print four of the Eye Pins and two each of the Eye Rings but just one Eye Rings Spacer, I have found the normal supports work best for the Eye Top and 100% infill for the Eye Lens and Energy Dispenser Inside.

In the photos the bottom of the Eye Rings do have some problems, but the files supplied have been updated to be flat on the build plate.

If you have any problem with the fit of a part, try filing the parts down if that doesn't work put the problem in the comments and I'll see what I can do and if the assembly instructions don't make sense ask in the comments.
