Yamaha TMAX 500 2001–2006 Mount

Description

This mount is designed specifically for Yamaha TMAX 500 models from 2001 to 2006 and allows you to securely attach GPS units, smartphones, tablets, navigation devices, and other accessories using standard ball-mount systems.

The mount features a 25mm (1-inch) ball, compatible with many common adapters and holders (RAM-style systems and similar).

Installation

• The mount is installed using double-sided tape
• I personally used high-quality 3M tape
• Before installation, clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and oils
• Once applied, press firmly to ensure proper adhesion

Material & Testing

• Printed in PETG on purpose for testing
• Installed on my own TMAX and used for over 6 months
• Holds firmly with no issues, no loosening, no failures

PETG was chosen for its better resistance to heat, vibration, and outdoor conditions, making it suitable for motorcycle use.
