Convert your skateboard into a snowboard and have fun in the snow!
Fits skateboards with size of 80x20 cm and trucks/axle system with a diameter of ~8mm and distance of ~126mm. (You can find them cheap for 20-30€ on amazon)
Print instructions
- optimized for 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height (~6h with 12mm³ flow, you can try more to reduce print time)
- print in PETG
- I could print without brim, but it depends on your build plate, which needs to be super clean (I use BambuLab SuperTack Cool Plate)
- I printed on my A1 Mini and due to the nature of not enclosed I had warping on the curved edges at the end but no failure though
Assembly
- remove the original wheels
- add the skids
- clip on the connectors (4 total)
- Optional: add on each side washers (20mm diameter - 4 of them total)
- use the existing nuts from your skateboard and tighten them firmly
