Keyboard tray for Aluminum profiles sim racing

This keyboard tray is modeled after the Trakracer keyboard tray, but since that one is very heavy and puts a lot of strain on the aluminum profile joint, I designed this 3D-printed version.

 

Due to its large dimensions, it is essential to print it slowly and glue it together at the end. I added support structures on the back for stabilization.

 

The tray is attached to the aluminum profile with three countersunk screws.
