Updated 2/10: Added a print profile of lower profile mounts

The Low Profile option is around 2-3 mm lower than the previous mounts. Lower reduces body height without effecting the clearance of my current bodies.

These are some fairly simple magnetic mounts for the Jiabaile 1/36 scale crawler rc car. After getting the car I of course thought that it needed to be a bit more custom and could not leave well enough alone. There are a few body options out to print on here and other sights but I saw other cars with magnetic mounts and wanted to come up with the same. This is using the Bamboo 10x2mm round magnets.

In one of the close ups of the files you can see that the mounts were made to slot into each other with a bit of a lip on the larger one. The larger mount allows the battery to sit down inside of the mount instead of flush with the top.  The mounts hold up to some abuse and stays attached until enough force is applied. Its taken some tumbles and falls as I am also new to RC crawlers and stayed put.

The magnets are superglued into the body brackets before being clipped on. I found once they are clipped its a bit more difficult to get them pushed it as the brackets flex a bit. Depending on the body you want to use one of the plates is a bunch of pylons or spacers to be printed and fit into the body. Each one is a different size. Pick the one you need and print. I would not print them all but I wanted to make it a bit easier to print from the app.

Boost MeAny boosts are appreciated as they will fund my growing hobbies!

Feel free to make changes or use as you wish. This work is all based on the mounts that CIBORG86 had made with one of his body kits. The mounts were left the same though sliced and changed to allow for magnets.
