Unlike standard boxes where the lid sits visibly on top, this design features a flush-fit shoulder joint. When closed, the lid and base create a perfectly smooth, seamless outer wall. It is perfect for chocolates, jewelry, or a special Mother's Day gift, anniversary present, or Valentine's surprise.

This is a Parametric OpenSCAD design, meaning you can customize the size, height, and wall thickness to fit your exact needs! Just click the “customize” button or download the .scad file and customize it yourself!

🔮 How to get the "Glass" Look (Translucent Top)

As seen in the photos, you can achieve a semi-transparent "gemstone" look using standard PLA.

Recommended Filament: Translucent/Clear PLA or PETG.

Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer Settings:

1. Infill Density: 100%
2. Infill Pattern: Aligned Rectilinear (Crucial!)
3. Layer Height: 0.2mm
4. Speed (First Layer): Slow down to 20-30mm/s
5. Fan: Low or Off for the first few layers.

Note: The lid prints upside down, so your build plate texture will be the texture of the top of the box. Use a smooth PEI or Glass plate for maximum clarity.

⚙️ Customizing the Model

Click "Customize" to adjust:

• Size: Overall width of the heart.
• Total Height: Combined height of the box.
• Lid Height: How deep you want the lid to be.
• Tolerance: Default is 0.25mm. Increase this if your prints are fitting too tightly.
