Customizable Round Vent Grill Cover (Parametric)

A parametric round vent cover / vent grill for 3D printing that fits any diameter and supports multiple airflow styles— slat grille (like common HVAC/extractor vents) , grid, holes, or a fully sealed cover.

Designed as a round insert vent with a clean front flange and a cylindrical spigot for a snug fit in ducts, wall holes, cabinets, electronics enclosures, and DIY ventilation projects. Optional countersunk mounting holes are included for flush screw mounting.

Customizer inputs (simple):

• Outer diameter (front flange)
• Inner insert diameter (spigot size)
• Insert length
• Wall thickness
  Plus: pattern selector + optional countersunk holes.

Great for: HVAC wall vents, bathroom/extractor vents, fan grills/guards, duct covers, cabinet vents, speaker-style vents, electronics enclosure ventilation, or sealing unused holes.

Print in PLA/PETG for general use, or ABS/ASA for warmer airflow areas.

Included are ready-to-print STL variants with countersunk mounting holes enabled in 4 airflow patterns (Straight, Grid, Holes, Sealed). Sizes are provided as OD / Insert ID / Insert Length / Wall (all in mm):

• 130 / 80 / 30 / 2.4
• 150 / 100 / 30 / 2.4
• 180 / 125 / 30 / 2.4
• 200 / 150 / 30 / 2.4

These cover the most common round vent/duct insert sizes and are ideal for quick installs without needing to open the customizer.
