DnD Twig Blight - D&D Monster Manual - Day 18

This is the eigeteenth day of a project to make every mini in the 2014 Monster Manual for my friend who is planning a gauntlet game - we will be fighting every monster in it!

I'll be doing one monster a day until it's done. Follow the collection and my page to see how they turn out!

 

These are made using Makerlab's Image to 3D model, and then tidied up in Blender.

Today's monster is the angry twig - the Twig Blight!

Spawn of the Gulthias tree, these blights are less strong than their vine and needle brothers, but can swarm a hero easily.

 

This model is scaled to 25mm - but can be altered in the slicer to suit your needs. 

Please take care when rescaling that the parts are thick enough to print.

 

A no base profile is included if you want to base it yourself.

 

Please take care removing supports, especially around the hands. Snipping the supports is a good idea.

Remember, superglue works magic!

 

Pictured grid is 2cm X 2cm.

 

 

Weird artifacts fixed on this model:

• The generator add a massive tree to its back, which needed removing
• Lots of floating material was deleted
