Heat Pedal to the Metal - Insert - EXPANSION READY

This is the only Heat insert you will ever need! It's a modular system, so it can expand no matter how many expansions they throw at us! 

You can make the system however you want since it is modular. There are 2 box sizes, so 2 short boxes are the same size as 1 tall box. In addition, the car/shift storage boxes are also modular at ½ the depth of a regular box and the same height as a short box. 

The number of maps in the box determines how many boxes you can fit. With the latest expansion on the way, we will have to store maps in the expansion boxes, so I made a corner piece to keep them secure. The more maps you remove (2 at a time) from the main box, the more modular boxes you can put in the main box. In total, with no maps, you could fit over 1900 sleeved cards in the main box! 

All the boxes have lids so you can store vertical without issue, however all the boxes have a non-lid option if you prefer, they are the same size so you could mix and match.

There are also lids with no cutouts if you want to do custom art, and also non-molded car boxes if you have custom cars. 

If you have custom components, there are also boxes to store them in. Just remove the maps and put them in the expansion box, and you can fit everything in the main box. 

Here is the quantity breakdown for how I did it. BUT you can do it however you want! (I.E., one of my friends already found a different way to organize it using this system, so feel free to experiment!)

This breakdown includes Heavy Rain and Tunnel Vision, and includes the next car and player box for the upcoming Rocky Roads expansion. There will be empty boxes to print to fill space so we can fit at least 1 more expansion without removing maps, most likely. Unless you have custom pieces that you want to store in boxes. 

IMPORTANT NOTE, when opening the lid, be sure not put pressure on the groove, or the lid won't open!
