Description
The teaching clock with lifting numbers is designed to aid children in learning to tell time using both traditional and digital systems. Its vibrant colors are engaging and help attract children's attention during the learning process.
This clock is used as an educational tool in homes or classrooms, providing an interactive way for young learners to understand the concept of time. The lifting numbers add a cognitive dimension, allowing better understanding.
Use PETG for best results due to its rigidity and ease of printing. The recommended layer height is 0.16 mm for smooth number details, and a slow printing speed to achieve precise lifting mechanics.
After printing, assemble the clock hands onto the pivot point on the clock face. Ensure that the numerical elements are inserted into the corresponding slots to maintain functionality. Check that the lifting mechanism operates smoothly without excessive friction. The instructional pictures will tell you where to place the cogwheels and other parts. When assembling, first assemble the cogwheels with the hands so that the hands are at the 12:00 position. Then add the other parts and check the positions, connections and the entire mechanism. It is recommended to glue the connections (caps, hands and rear wheel).
