Description
Philadelphia Eagles Bogg Bag Charm with Screw On Backing.
A MakerWorld request turned into a clean, multi color Eagles logo Bogg Bag charm setup. It’s designed to look crisp from the outside of the bag and lock down tight with a screw on backing so it stays put, even when your bag is getting tossed around like it’s game day.
What’s included in the 3MF:
The Eagles logo charm face (multi object part so each color stays separate and clean).
The backing cap that gets glued to the back of the charm and fits into the Bogg Bag hole.
The threaded post screw that installs from the inside of the bag.
Color Suggestions:
This is a four color print and you’ll need an AMS to print it as intended:
Bambu Basic PLA in:
Light Gray
Jade White
Mistletoe Green
Black
Print recommendations:
Charm face: 0.2 nozzle only. The fine lettering, edges, and tiny details will not come out right on a larger nozzle, so I strongly recommend sticking with a 0.2. The photos shown were printed at 0.10 mm layer height, support free, in the default orientation.
Backing cap and threaded screw: I actually recommend printing these two parts with a 0.4 nozzle. They’ll come out stronger that way, and the threads tend to feel smoother. If you print the backing and screw with a 0.2 nozzle, the threading can end up a bit snug depending on your calibration and filament, so 0.4 is the safer, sturdier play for the hardware pieces.
Dry filament helps keep everything clean and reduces stringing, especially on the logo face.
Assembly and install:
Glue the backing cap onto the back of the charm and let it fully cure.
Align the charm on the outside of the bag and stick it into a genuine Bogg hole then thread the screw in from the inside of the bag.
Snug it down until it’s secure. Done.
Need help or glue recommendations:
If you have any questions, run into a fit issue, or want my go to glue recommendation for bonding the backing cap to the charm, send me a message. I’m happy to help and I respond pretty quickly.
