Version 2: Mit 3,4,5 mm (bislang nur in dieser Ausführung)

• Abstand zur Lochmitte auf 30mm erhöht (war ein Hinweis in den Kommentaren)
• Lochdurchmesser jeweils um +0,1mm konstruktiv erweitert. Bei den kleinen Löchern ist es aber dennoch eng und muss leicht freigebohrt werden
• Wandstärke der Löcher erhöht
• Infill pattern in “Gyroid” für besonders gute Steifigkeit
• In 2 Versionen erstellt. 
  • Version A für einen Mehrfabendruck
  • Version B in einfärbigen Druck, dafür die Buchstaben dann nach innen versetzt

 

 

Es handelt sich um eine Bohrschablone für das Bohren im 45Grad Winkel.
Es hat eine Führung für 6, 8, 10mm Löcher.

Mittels den Einkerbungen kann sie Ausrichtung sehr genau vorgenommen werden.

Nach hinten ist genug Platz um eine Schraubzwinge zur Fixierung anzubringen.

 

Wichtige Hinweise:

• Die Bohrschablone muss mit genug Infill gedruckt werden, da sonst der Bohrer bei keiner sauberen Führung auch die Bohrschablone beschädigt.
• Generell ist auf eine gute Führung des Bohrers zu achten um die Schablone möglichst unbeschädigt zu behalten.
• Abhängig von der 3D Druckgenauigkeit kann es natürlich vorkommen, dass der Bohrer beim ersten Mal sich selber erstmal den Bohrgang freibohren muss.

Version 2: With 3, 4, 5 mm (so far only in this version)

Distance to the center of the hole increased to 30 mm (this was a suggestion in the comments).

Hole diameter increased by +0.1 mm in the design. However, the small holes are still tight and may need to be lightly drilled out.

Wall thickness around the holes increased.

Infill pattern set to “Gyroid” for particularly good stiffness.

Created in two versions:

• Version A: for multi-color printing

• Version B: for single-color printing, with the letters recessed inward.

   

It is a drilling template for drilling at a 45-degree angle.
It has guides for 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm holes.

Using the notches, alignment can be adjusted very precisely.

There is enough space at the back to attach a clamp for fixation.

Important notes:

The drilling template must be printed with sufficient infill; otherwise, the drill bit may damage the template due to insufficient guidance.

In general, proper guidance of the drill bit is important to keep the template as undamaged as possible.

Depending on the accuracy of the 3D print, it may happen that the drill bit has to clear the drilling path by itself during the first use.
