NITECORE EMR40 Travel Case

This is a two-piece, full enclosure travel case designed for the EMR40-sized device to solve a real problem: the power button can get pressed in a bag during travel, turning the unit on unintentionally (and it can get hot).

What it does

• Fully encloses the device with a base + lid (press-fit)
• Prevents accidental button presses while in a backpack, luggage, glovebox, etc.
• Adds basic protection from scuffs/bumps during transport

How to use

1. Drop the device into the base.
2. Press the lid on until seated.
3. Use the front grip/notch to separate the halves when needed.

Important safety note

• This case is meant for storage/transport only. Do not operate or charge the device while it’s inside the case. If the device turns on accidentally, remove it and let it cool. 

Print notes

• Prints as two parts (lid + base)
• Designed to print flat on the bed (no supports in the included profiles)
• If your fit is too tight: lightly sand the seam or try a slightly “looser” profile.
• If your fit is too loose: try the “durable/tighter” profile.
