Description
UPDATED: New Reset Button, New Front Cover ; moved the antenna to be on the same side as the port cover and environment sensor to sit flat. New folder has best orientation, tree auto supports for front cover , now has room for a GY271/QMC5883L 3 axis magnetometer, choice of countersunk and counterbored back cover, room for BME 680.  please use the new file , I’ve removed the reset button from the old file as it did not fit right with subsequent builds , I apologize to anyone else that also encountered that with the old file .   New reset button is slightly recessed and can be pressed with tip of your finger but is not easily be pressed in a pocket or bag.Â
This model fits the T190 like a glove, uses 90 degree ipex to sma , 11-12mm vibra motor, BME 280/680 to make use of qwiic connector with optional port to allow other i2c connections like a Card KB or heart rate sensor etc . An addition to this project is to have a docking station with a hub decked out with modules and a keyboard with other mods, may be worth hollowing out the port cover a bit to be able to leave a short qwiic cable inside for easier docking.Â
Â
if you use a smaller battery than the maximum 2200 mah size you may want to use the middle piece that has pegs to keep the board pushed up snug to the front ; with the 2200 it doesn’t need it . The buttons work perfectly ,Â
I did TPU for the buttons but seems other materials worked also.Â
Â
This is printed with pctg on a .6 nozzle as pictured and it did fine .Â
Â
I connected my vibration motor to GPIO 3 and to Grnd , BME 280 connected to the Qwik connector ( pin 1 goes to SCL, Â pin 2 goes to SDA, grnd and grnd , vin to 3v. Â
Â
when I connected the connector that came with my radio the red wire was on ground and the black on 3v so just pay attention to your connections . Â 20mm M2 screws and heat set inserts 4mm tall. Â ( if you take out the middle peg piece may need to use a washer or use 18mm M2 )Â
use an android to set up the canned messages with the ‘ | ‘ symbol separating your messages , type the  input method ‘scanAndSelect’ ; button is pin 21 ; and set button 21 as the button under device settings also; finally flip the display to 180 it .Â
Â
**I have added a thicker middle piece to allow space for a small GPS, I am using a Goouutech GPS+BD module  with connections to grnd, 3v, TX to 43 and RX to 44.  In the app, program Tx to 44 and Rx to 43. If you go this route you will need 25mm M2 screws .Â

Let me know if you have any questions .Â
Â
tip: to give best fit for screws, take a drill bit the size of the screw shaft ( minus threads) and drill through the back and middle plate , use a slightly larger bit to hollow out the front cover if using heat inserts just enough to still allow the inserts to bite ;  if not using inserts just use the same bit and take your time threading the screws and you should get a sufficient bite to not need heat inserts as I have experienced . Little notch present to  temporarily place antenna cable while sliding in radio board as it is a snug fit.  Â
Â
*Bright green is the old version printed in picture with full tree supports on front case; port cover printed vertically  with outside of cap On bottom and insert on top No Supports needed, middle and back case no supports if orientation is correct .Â
Purple case is the new version printed with PLACF at 230C Â with .18 layer height with tree supports on front case and I did use them on the rear counter bore case. Â To not use heat sets , I drilled through the (4) screw holes in the rear and middle cases with a 5/64 bit and did not drill into the front to allow the m2 to get a good bite,Â
