🔑 Key Ring Case for YubiKey 5 / 5C

This is a simple and compact key ring case for the YubiKey 5 (USB-A) and YubiKey 5C (USB-C). The design was recreated from scratch, improving strength and printability compared to the original version.

🔄 What’s changed compared to the old design

The new design improves several key areas compared to the original. The mount point now features a conical shape, making it more stable and easier to print, while also increasing the usable hole diameter for the key ring — standard key rings fit more easily now. The notches were adjusted in size and position, and the corner radius now matches the YubiKey for a cleaner and more precise fit.
Additionally, a new variant for the YubiKey 5 (USB-A) has been added.

📦 Included Variants

The print profile contains four different variants:

• yubikey-case-usb-c-aligned.stl — YubiKey 5C, notches aligned
• yubikey-case-usb-c-offset.stl — YubiKey 5C, notches offset
• yubikey-case-usb-a-aligned.stl — YubiKey 5, notches aligned
• yubikey-case-usb-a-offset.stl — YubiKey 5, notches offset

One case prints in about 25 minutes and uses less than 5 g of filament.
