PTFE Tube Protector
Here is my PTFE tube protector for your bambu printers. It´s protecting against wearing out your ptfe tube rubbing on the top glas. The difference to others is it´s circular design protects the tube from every angle, even when the protector is turned upside down.
Advantages:
- Protects your ptfe tubes from wearing out rubbing at the top glas
- Easy to install and fits tight around the ptfe tube
- Even if it rotates it still protects from any angle
- Printed in under 10 mins
Assembly:
- Just snap on the ptfe tube. My reccomendation is to install 2 or 3 of them like on the photo, so you got ptfe protection wherever the printhead is located.
- Please take care that you don´t puncture your ptfe tube on installation
Notes:
- Due to different print filaments or ptfe tube thicknesses there might be a need for resizing. My model is designed for the bambu stock ptfe tubes and bambu pla basic filament.
- I don´t reccomend TPU as this causes to much friction on the glas
- PETG is recommended
