PTFE chain clip (P2S, X2D)

Hi

This is a PTFE tube holder that connects to Bambu Lab P2S or X2D printer chain. It has a rotatable head for extra play.

It helps to prevent the tube hitting the top glass.

 

Update 15.05.26: Made some changes to the model. 

• Added little edges to the clip. It helps to hold the clip in place. Won't slip the railing
• Made the PTFE tube holder edges more rounded. I notised that after some time the previous champhered edges scraped the tube. Rounded edges should eliminate that.

 

Print profiles includes one clip on the bed. Add as many as you like.
Place wherever you prefer on the chain as what works best for you.

I recomend using PETG for better durability and heat resistance.

 

NB! If needed cut PTFE tube 10-20mm shorter for less bending and bulging up. 

 I did it also. Without cutting it still rubbed a little pit against the class.
