Kärcher WD2 Plus Handle

I broke the handle of my Kärcher WD2 Plus vacuum cleaner and, after searching for a replacement, I decided to design one myself. Whether you're in the same boat with a broken handle or you just want to upgrade/tune yours with a  custom-tweaked version, feel free to enjoy my model! :)

Print Settings (Included in the .3mf Profile)

To ensure this handle survives heavy workshop use, I have optimized the print profile with the following settings:

• Wall Loops: 6 Walls for maximum tensile strength and durability.
• Warping Prevention: The first 20 layers are printed at a slow speed (20 mm/s) to ensure a rock-solid bed bond.
• Cooling Strategy: Fan speed is set to 0% for the first 5 layers, gradually increasing to 100% by layer 7 to prevent corner lifting.
• Infill: 15-20% Gyroid (The 6 walls provide most of the strength).
