Description

This is my “Ultimate” version of this game, with quite a few new play possibilities to make it even more fun.

Hope you will enjoy it, and please let me know if you've ideas to improve it, I'll design the parts.

Please note that I won't allow any commercial use of the personal ideas and new parts and game style I've brought to this game (IDs, new bases designs, bonus tiles and playing style).

None of the parts can be sold, but all the parts are free for your personal use of course.

All parts are provided in STEP format to make it easier for you to modify them for your personal usage, please post your remixes.

What's different and new in my version ?

A) I fixed a design issue as some original parts doesn't stay on the original base.

B) I've designed many bases to fulfill your taste and allow lot of game start and difficulties

Different sizes :

Different shapes :

Different styles :

The naming convention of the bases is rather simple:

  • B stand for a big V notch
  • S stand for a small V notch
  • The number indicate the radius of the circle
  • R stand for the version with the rounded base at the bottom, it improve stability, and you can add text on it if you want.
The smallest the most difficult as the less stable.

Example for the “Base SSBSS 135R” :

C) I've designed many many types of bricks

All bricks are available in four different styles :

You can even play with Infill on the slicer to have even more styles (0 top and bottom of plain bricks) :

D) I've changed the way you play

The idea is to use real dices instead of cards or printed dice that I found way too restrictive, not enough freedom in play style.

My approach is to place as many IDS as you want (depending of your dice) on the table, then you place the bricks the way you want behind the IDs :

Then players simply throw the dice and take the brick corresponding to the number and place the brick on the base.

That way you have a lot of freedom to play the way you want with the bricks you want in any order.

E) I've made a few different Bonus tiles to make the game more fun and/or difficult

  1. Remove a brick
  2. Swap bricks
  3. Move a brick
  4. Throw dice twice (and place two bricks on the base)
  5. Next player, you skip your turn
  6. Place your favorite brick (select your favorite brick before starting the game)

Let me know if you have other bonus ideas.

The bonus tiles can simply be attached behind the IDs :

You simply place the bonus randomly among your bricks :

Above a typical game setup.

The amazing dice tower I'm using is from dePrintinator and can be found here :
