Slide Out Peg Board Drawers

This is a semi-modular pegboard storage system designed for standard circular pegboards. While there are plenty of pegboard mods out there, relatively few are built specifically around the classic round-hole format. These bins are sized to sit comfortably side by side, allowing dense, space-efficient layouts across the board.

Each drawer clips securely into its shell to prevent accidental slide-outs. The clip geometry is tuned so the drawers can be pulled forward and held at an angle, making the contents easy to see and access without fully removing the bin.

I haven’t defined a maximum load rating, but during some “significant weight testing”—including large inductors, bearings, and a generous handful of screws—the system showed no signs of failure.

For printing, I oriented the shell with the peg connections facing up and added supports along the cutout ridge. The drawers were printed flat.
