Boss Edition – Magnetic Car Badge

Fun, bold car badge designed to stick to your ride (or any metal surface). Print it, snap in magnets, and you’re done. No glue. No supports. Simple and solid.

This model is set up with a built-in pause at layer 27 so you can drop in magnets during the print. If you don’t want magnets, I’ve also included an alternate print profile with no pause.

Printing

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.20mm
• Supports: None
• Profiles included:
  • With magnet pause, PETG or PLA
  • Without magnet pause in PLA
  • If special slicing is needed, feel free to download the STL and have at it!

Magnets (optional)

Designed for 40 × 10 × 5 mm Neodymium magnets. These are strong enough to stay put at speed but can still be removed when needed.

Notes

• Insert magnets carefully and make sure polarity is correct before resuming the print.
