Radius Stars | Measure any curve (No AMS Required)

A compact multi-size radius gauge designed for quick curve measurement during design and prototyping.

Each star features five different radii (available in the 20mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm ranges), making it easy to quickly check curves, fillets, and rounded edges.

I originally created these while designing accessories for my coffee machine and needing a fast way to measure existing radii for accurate fitment.

 

The stars can be attached to a standard keyring, or paired with one of the many 3D printed keyrings available here on MakerWorld to keep a full set organised and portable.

 

Two versions are included:

• Multi-colour version (for AMS)
• Single-colour version (no AMS required)
