Ubiquiti Intercom Viewer Wedge Mount
This mount is designed for situations there you can't directly mount intercom viewer into an existing wall box, for example when the box is too shallow or too low and you want to tilt the the intercom viewer upward for better viewing angle.
Key features
- Drill your own holes: this model comes with completely solid back plate, that goes towards the wall, so you can choose the size and location of the mounting holes and hole for cable pass-through
- I recommend using step drill to drill pass-through hole, it allows you to drill a clean big hole.
- Useful for situations when switch box is set crooked into the wall and the screws do not align on horizontal and vertical axis, which prevents using original mount that comes with the intercom (my use-case)
- For steeper angles, remember that you can drill access holes for screw driver to tighten the mount to the wall.
- No supports: only surface that will benefit from supports is located inside the mount and completely invisible
- 0 to 45 degrees variants: Choose whatever's better for your application. I recommend using any “Bubble Level” app on your phone to choose the angle. On the photos is 25 degrees variant. Steeper than 30 degrees variants look a little ridiculous, but included just in case.

- Support: not required, but may help for shallow variants
