The geometry of the grid is mathematically aligned with standard 3D printing line widths:
- Hole Size: 1.26 mm (exactly 3 wall lines)
- Gap/Bridge: 0.84 mm (exactly 2 wall lines)
- Stitch Pitch: 2.1 mm (approx. 12 Count equivalent)
By matching these dimensions to a 0.42mm line width, the printer performs a continuous path with minimal retractions. This results in maximum print speed and superior surface quality without the typical "blobs" or "strings" found in small holes.
