This Impossible Passthrough Sphere in Cube is a minimalist optical sculpture featuring a solid sphere trapped inside a cube. The sphere cannot be removed from the cube because it does not pass through the cube’s edges, creating an impossible geometry illusion.

Versions for printing:

1. Cube with a complete solid sphere inside.
2. Cube with the sphere missing its base; the base is printed separately on the same build plate, flipped upside down so the bottom of the sphere is smooth. After printing, remove supports and glue the base to the sphere.
3. Cube only (without the sphere inside). The sphere cannot be added after printing.

Supports are used in all three model versions.

Printing:
Let the build plate cool before removing the print
