This part allows you to mount multiboard panels on the back of your D3P riser and unlocks a world of cable management possibilities.

I have received permission from Darren 3d print to post this separately.
There are three pieces available in the print profile:
- Left side plate
- Right side plate
- AMS bracer + retaining pins
You can attach multiboard panels to each plate separately, or you can attach a single panel to both plates simultaneously.
Installation
- Remove the drawers and the drawer-stopper pins at the back of the drawer slots
- Note: the mounts will replace the drawer stoppers
- Remove the AMS bracer pins from the top of the riser
- Place the mounts inside the drawer slots
- Note: Make sure the CENTER arrows are pointing toward the center (toward each other)
- Push the drawers in completely to slide the mounts back
- Check the back of the riser to ensure that the surface of the mounts is flush with the back of the riser
- Push in the AMS bracer + retaining pins to secure the mounts
- Replace the drawers
- Push on your multiboard panel
- Note: I strongly recommend holding the drawer in while pushing on the multiboard panel as it can require significant force. If you do not hold the drawer, all of that force will be transmitted to the retaining pins and they can shear off!
Design notes
The mounts are purposefully designed for a looser fit for two reasons:
- Earlier, snugger designs were incredibly frustrating to install!
- Snugger designs also trapped air, making the drawers feel strange.
The mounts are not interchangeable since I positioned the multiboard mount points such that a single board can be mounted across both mounts simultaneously for extra support. If you swap the sides, this is no longer possible.
