Leatherman Surge holster - EDC click and carry

📝 Description

This is a practical and robust 3D-printed holster designed to fit and securely hold a LEATHERMAN SURGE multitool. It is easy to print, with no supports and assembly required.

The holster retains the Leatherman using its spring-loaded tool release tabs

The model is available in two versions:

• with an cut to show LETHERMAN SURGE logo
• without the cut

A clean, functional accessory for everyday carry — perfect for keeping your Leatherman always within reach. 🔧

🔧 Printing Notes

The model was designed with a close fit in mind, ensuring the tool stays firmly in place during everyday use.
If you prefer a slightly looser fit, the width of the model can be scaled in your slicer (I recommend trying ~1–4%, depending on your preference and printer tolerances).

The green holster shown in the images was printed using the Fuzzy Skin (contour) option in the slicer, giving it a grippy, textured surface.

The belt loop is designed for a 42 mm belt. If there’s interest, I can also prepare versions for other belt widths — just let me know in the comments. 👍
