40oz Stanley Cup Holder Van/Wall Mount (Magnet-Friendly)

If you’ve ever watched a 40oz tumbler become a rolling, clanging, seat-launching projectile in your vehicle… this one’s for you. This is a sturdy 40oz Stanley-style tumbler holder designed to be wall mounted or mounted the way I did it in my work van: no drilling, just female threaded magnets + M6 socket head screws so it grabs right onto a metal partition like it was meant to live there.

I used female threaded magnets and M6 socket head cap screws to mount this to my van partition. It’s rock solid, removable, and doesn’t leave you with regret holes.

Important: I highly recommend using the exact screws linked below because the hole depth and recesses are designed around that hardware. Other screw heads/lengths can be “almost right,” which is the worst kind of right.

Print recommendations (read this part, Future You will thank you)

• Nozzle: print with a 0.4 nozzle for strength
• Layer height: 0.2 is a great balance of speed and looks
• Walls: 4+ recommended
• Infill: 15–25% is plenty. (Gyroid)
• Material:
  • If this will live in a vehicle that gets hot: PETG / ASA / ABS is the move
  • PLA works, but PLA + summer heat in a vehicle = sadness
