CleanLine Wall Shelf - 150 x 110mm Top,4mm Lip,45mm Mount.

The CleanLine wall shelf is a minimalist, versatile shelf designed for both display and organization. The 4 mm lip around the edge keeps items, toys or display figures securely in place while maintaining a clean modern look.

 

Recent Update: Added a new Keyhole Mount Version, including a mounting template. This version is available as a separate print profile.

 

The shelf has two mounting options. The first is a Front Access Screw Mount using two #8 flat head square drive screws.

After installation, optional press-fit screw covers can be installed to conceal the screw heads. Matching square and round screw covers are available with this file. The screw covers press into place to conceal the screw heads. Multiple screw cover fit options are provided to help ensure compatibility across different screw and material tolerances. The standard fit screw cover is recommended for most prints. Delete the other versions before printing. If the Standard Fit does not suit your material/screw tolerances, return and print the Loose or Tight version as needed. The screw covers were designed for #8 flat head screws.

 

The second mounting option is a keyhole mounting system designed to hide the screws, using two #8 pan head screws. A printable alignment template is included for accurate installation. Tape the template to the wall at your desired location and drive the screws until the head sits snug against the template. The template is raised around the slots so it matches the thickness of the shelf's backing. ( Warning: The alignment template is only designed for the keyhole mounting system).

For light-colored filaments, I recommend 5 wall loops to prevent infill visibility.

 

Tested in PLA, but PETG and ABS filaments should also work.
