Â
Please bear with me on my story telling…
Â
Fun fact:
Here in Japan, the Valentines Day culture is that the girls will give chocolate to boys as a Valentines Day present.
Â
Instead of buying my husband a special chocolates in nice packaging, I saw in shopping mall that it is cheaper to them individually rather than buying a box of 10… I bought 10 pcs individually… and they are in a lowly plastic bag. Def not aesthetic.
Â
Â
And since we have a 3d printer, why not create something more special to put these chocolates.
(and not only a 3d printer, we also have an indoor landfill lol)
Â
Â
That's how I came up of the idea to reuse filament boxes as create a stackable drawer!Â
(Because aside from 3d modelling and printing, I also developed a hobby of filament shopping which is making our tiny apartment chaotic)
Â
Â
Stackable drawer because I want something useful. Not a fan of using something just for simply making gifts look aesthetic and throw afterwards (like gift wrappers)
Â
Â
Now the chocolates got their nicer home! Just in time for Valentines Day :)Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Hope you find this useful too! Happy Valentines Day!!!
