Precision Corner Radius & Chamfer Jig Set

Modular template system designed for hand routers to create consistent, repeatable corner profiles. This kit allows for both rounded (radius) and beveled (chamfer) corners without the need for measuring or marking each workpiece. It is designed to be clamped directly to the corner of your material, providing a stable bearing surface for flush-trim bits.

For assembly you need an extra M5 bolt with hexagon head and a M5 screw

Included Templates

Inch:

• 1 x Small corners (1/8" , 1/4" , 3/8" , 1/2")
• 1 x Medium corners (5/8" , 3/4" , 7/8" 1")

Metric:

• 1 x Small corners (5mm , 10mm , 15mm , 20mm)
• 1 x Medium corners (25mm , 30mm , 35mm , 40mm)
• 1 x Chamfers (15 mm , 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm)

Technical Requirements

• Bit Type: Requires a flush-trim router bit with a top or bottom bearing.
• Clamping: Designed with enough surface area for standard F-clamps or spring clamps without obstructing the router base.

Material: PLA+ or PETG. Standard PLA is sufficient, but PLA+ offers better impact resistance if dropped on a concrete shop floor.
