🧩 Tri-Axis Orb Puzzle

Recréation personnelle d’un casse-tête mécanique à trois axes, inspirée d’une démonstration vidéo d’un puzzle existant.

Le modèle a été entièrement remodélisé sous Fusion afin d’adapter les dimensions, les tolérances et le fonctionnement pour une impression 3D FDM fiable.

Ce puzzle sphérique est composé d’anneaux croisés et d’axes internes nécessitant une séquence logique de mouvements pour explorer toute son amplitude mécanique.

Il s’agit d’une interprétation personnelle d’un concept mécanique existant, optimisée pour l’impression 3D.

• Deux versions incluses : Basic (PLA) et Wood Style
• Tolérances ajustées pour une impression fiable
• Mouvement mécanique fluide
• Assemblage simple

• Hauteur de couche recommandée : 0,2 mm

• Aucun collage nécessaire
• Impression des pièces séparément puis assemblage

Personal recreation of a three-axis mechanical puzzle inspired by a video demonstration of an existing design.

The model was fully remodeled in Fusion to adapt dimensions, tolerances, and mechanical behavior for reliable FDM 3D printing.

This spherical puzzle features interlocking rings and internal axes requiring logical movement sequencing to explore its full mechanical range.

It is a personal interpretation of an existing mechanical concept, optimized for 3D printing.
