Replacement Cap Hinge for Parkside PWS 20 E4

This is a replacement part for the water tank cap hinge of the Parkside PWS 20 E4 carpet and upholstery cleaner. The original plastic tabs are prone to deforming or snapping off, causing the cap to become misaligned or fall off completely during use.

Features

• Improved Compatibility: Specifically designed for the PWS 20 E4, but may fit other Parkside models with similar tank designs.
• Easy Installation: One of the pins has been slightly chamfered/shortened to allow for a smoother "snap-in" fit without overstressing the delicate mounting bracket on the tank.
• Material: Successfully tested with PLA. While it's a functional part, the mechanical stress is low enough that PLA provides sufficient strength.

Installation Tip

Be gentle when snapping the pins into the tank's socket. The receiving end on the machine can also be brittle. Angle the modified pin in first to make the process easier.
