Magnet 30x30 diverse Motive

Es handelt sich um Magnete in den Abmessungen 30x30x8mm.

Das besondere sind die eingelassenen Magnete. D.h. der Druck wird pausiert um die Magnete einzulegen.

Somit sind die Magnete von außen nicht sichtbar, bauen nicht zusätzlich auf und es ist auch kein kleben von Magneten erforderlich.

Bei den Magneten handelt es sich um Standardrundmagnete 6mm Durchmesse, 3mm Höhe.

Ich habe unterschiedliche Druckprofile als “ready to print” bereits erstellt. 

Es gibt auch ein Duckprofil, bei dem der Text selber editiert werden kann. 

 

Vorgehen ist:

• Die Pause sollte in der 3mf Daten bereits richtig gesetzt sein und muss sich auf dem Layer Nr. 18 befinden. Das sollte im “Slice-Plate” Menü dann sichtbar sein. Falls das nicht so ist. Bitte die Pause hinzufügen indem mal auf dem rechten Balken den grünen Punkt auf Layer Nr. 18 zieht → rechte Maustaste → Add Pause.
• Druck starten, der Druck pausiert dann bei Layer Nr. 18
• Dann die Magnete einlegen. 1 Magnet reicht. 2,3 oder 4 sind natürlich noch besser
• Dann den Druck fortsetzen (geht direkt am Display am Drucker)

 

Zusätzliche Hinweise:

• Das Symbol ist im Grunde eine besondere Schriftart. Diese kann auch über “Objects” ganz einfach als “text_shape” angewählt werden um z.B. die Farbe zu ändern
• Dort kann auch ein beliebiger Text eingefügt werden. Dazu am einfachsten das Druckprofil “….yourText” nutzen.

 

Ich habe auch ein Druckprofil mit der doppelten Anzahl hochgeladen. Somit kann man hervorragend Memory spielen. Für den Memory-Anwendungsfall ist es ggf. nicht erforderlich, dass man Magnete einsetzt. Dann kann man die Pause einfach rausnehmen oder eben ohne Magnete einlegen den Druckvorgang fortsetzen.

The special feature is the embedded magnets. This means the print is paused so that the magnets can be inserted.

Procedure:

• The pause should already be correctly set in the 3MF file and should be located on layer no. 18. 
• This should be visible in the “Slice-Plate” menu. If this is not the case, please add the pause by dragging the green dot on the right-hand bar to layer no. 18 → right-click → Add Pause.
• Start the print. It will then pause at layer no. 18.
• Insert the magnets. One magnet is sufficient; two, three or four are, of course, even better.
• Then resume the print (this can be done directly on the printer’s display).

Additional notes:

• The symbol is basically a special font. It can easily be selected as “text_shape” via “Objects,” for example to change the color.
• You can also insert any text there. For this, it is easiest to use the print profile “….yourText.”

 

I also uploaded a print profile with double the number of pieces. That way you can play a great game of Memory. For the Memory use case, it may not be necessary to use magnets. In that case, you can simply remove the pause or continue the printing process without inserting magnets.
