GameBoy / Chromatic - Pivoting Game Cartridge Tray

Note - While for some reason it does not list for the X1C and those sized machines it will fit.

While there are lots of GameBoy Game Cartridge holders out there, I couldn't find one that allowed you to flip the games forward or backward instead of lifting every game partly out to find a particular game. It does make the unit a little bigger but more functional and it suits the game protective case (Nintendo and eBay knockoff versions).

You can change the colour of the prints including the lettering and it's surround to what you prefer.

I tried to keep it to what fits on a X1C and similar as well as the H2D and similar. You could merge these parts probably all into one plate (on a H2D series) but wanted to separate. There are no screws or no bolts required - simply slide parts together and then a few drops of glue for the name plate - GameBoy or Chromatic (Modretro - who recently reproduced the GameBoy in their style with various coloured metal housing plus a range of reproduced games as well as some new game).

Once you have all the parts printed - slide the game cartridge holders into the grooves and press down to lock down into their pivot point. Install all 9 game cartridge holders (cut out facing forward as this allows you to see the art and then perform a pivot test of all the trays and once happy go to the next step. Next step is to add a couple drops of glue into the groove on the front of the tray and get your preferred name plate and locate into the groove and centralise before the glue goes hard.
