One File. Every Block. Calibrix Core is a professional-grade, parametric building block generator optimized for the MakerWorld MakerLab Customizer. Stop searching for that one specific brick size—generate it yourself with 0.01 mm precision.
MakerLab Customizer Ready
You don't need to know OpenSCAD to use this. Just click "Customize" in your browser to:
Resize Instantly: Go from a 1x1 stud to a massive 48-stud beam.
Brick vs. Plate: Use the Base_Brick_Height and Add_Plates sliders to find your perfect thickness.
Toggle Studs: Turn Add_Studs OFF to create smooth, professional-looking tiles for your builds.
Add Text: Emboss or Engrave your name, labels, or custom messages directly onto the sides of the blocks.
The Calibrix "Perfect Snap" Workflow
To achieve "clutch power" that rivals the leading brands, follow the Calibrix method:
Calibrate: Print the Calibrix Calibration Tools (available on my profile) to find your filament and printer's perfect fit. You want the tool to be from the same printer and filament as your blocks you are going to make for best results.
Dial-In: Update the Stud_Radius and Internal_Hole_Radius in the Customizer.
Print: Optimized for high-speed machines like the Bambu A1 and P1S/X1C.
Slicer Note
You may see a "Floating Bridge Anchor" warning in your slicer. This is a false positive caused by the high-precision bevel on the block edges. The geometry is 100% stable; I have tested these extensively on both Bambu and Prusa machines with flawless results.
I utilize an AI coding assistant to maintain the mathematical rigor and 0.01 mm tolerances required for this project. As the Mastermind and Director, I oversee the design, functionality, and physical testing. The AI serves as the Mathematician and Lead Builder, helping to structure the complex logic that makes this universal system possible.
