EZ-Go Golf Cart Custom Cup Holder Insert

I designed this custom cup holder insert for a friend’s EZ-GO golf cart to fix a common issue — the factory cup holders are too small to fit a can with a koozie or a larger drink cup. 

Now featuring 3 versions:

1. The original has extra slots to hold a cell phone and a pack of smokes w/lighter (each side).
2. A small version that only takes up 2 of the original cup holders.
3. Golf Tee inserts replaces the small compartment previously designed for a pack of smokes.

The cup insert secures neatly into the four factory cup holders using ¼” x 3” carriage bolts with nuts & washers. You can also position the tray in the left, right, or center holders, or use two trays to cover all factory cup holders.
