Tmat Ramp Edges & Handles 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 in

These only work with the newer 6 tab Tmat bed mat parts and not the original 4 tab versions.

These are my versions of the ramp edge with and without grab handles. I made them in 14", 12", 10", 8", 6" and 4" widths to fit almost any custom installation. The 14" version can only be printed on the H series printers. Only the 14" and 12" have plain and with grab handle versions. Print the combination of sizes you need for your installation. I created these with a slight bevel on the bottom as I found my originals snagged fasteners and the plastic trim on my F250 tailgate when I slid the mat out. So, being that, they have a slightly different profile than the original Tmat parts.

If your Tmat bed mat installation has one of the 6 tabs directly in the middle of your bed, you may want to check out the offset tab version of these parts in my model collection.

I printed on my H2D using a 0.6mm nozzle and ABS-GF filament which has great durability and good finish appearance. I've uploaded a few print profiles to choose from for 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles as well as a version without the 14" parts for the printers with the 256mm build plates.
