Mechanical 8-Bit Binary Counter (0–255)

This fully mechanical 8-bit binary counter rotates between 0 and 255, visually displaying each bit using flipping discs.

Perfect as:

  • A STEM classroom demonstration tool
  • A binary learning aid
  • A desk gadget for programmers & engineers
  • A unique geek gift

Each digit represents one bit (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128), allowing you to clearly visualize how binary numbers build up to 255.

Features

  • Smooth rotating bit mechanism
  • Clear high-contrast binary display
  • Compact desk-friendly footprint
  • Educational and satisfying to operate
  • No AMS needed. Only the decimal number pads have a pause in the slicer file to change color for the numbers.

Great for:

  • Computer science students
  • Electronics teachers
  • Makerspaces
  • Programming enthousiasts

If you print it, I’d love to see your make!
