Rinse Aid Funnel

This rinse aid dishwasher funnel parametric model I designed in Fusion360. Preventing rinse aid from spilling when filling the dishwasher. Has a ring loop to fit over the dish aid bottle. The loop on the funnel fits over Finish Jet Dry brand 38 ounce bottle.

 

Funnel size, printed will vary depending on printer calibration and filament:

• Width 50.6mm
• Height 54.7mm
• Thickness 2.8mm
• Outside loop 46.7mm
• Inside loop 40mm

Print settings for 3mf file only. Some of the important print profile settings for optimal printing.

• 3 wall loops
• 15% Gyroid infill
• Speeds outer wall 100 mm/s, inner wall 125 mm/s, top surface 60 mm/s, and various other speeds reduced.

I only printed this in PETG filament since the use of rinse aid and for durability. Make sure your build plate is cleaned with soap and water for good adhesion and calibrated.
