This is a bed and roof rack for the YK41011. All the accessories I have on mien I found searching on Maker World and Thingiverse
Except this light bar which is a perfect width to me, I drilled my own holes for this, they are not built in tot eh rack since I figured people will be using different sizes: https://amzn.to/3MNI5Ov
You will need the following hardware, you could get a hardware kit but most kits don't have 24 of each size:
The profile has 3 plates:
- One has the top bed rack
- One has the roof rack and clamps for inside the cab you don't need this, you could just use washers inside the cab but I wanted it to clamp better
- One has the bed rack, clamps for inside the bed rails, and a template to drill the holes.
If you are installing both, I would install the bed rack first so you can line up the roof rack to it. Underside of body with clamps:
Bed Rack install directions:
- Install the side mounts (long bars with holes) on the hoops using the m2x4mm screws
- Install the top roof rack to the hoops with m2x8mm screws.
- Take the template and place it on the bed rail, slide it up to the angle part that goes to the cab, but make sure it stays flat. Make the 3 holes, do the same for the other side. I used a body reamer to be more controlled, made them about 3.5mm so I can line it up with the other side if I made the holes off a bit. Be careful using a drill bit, they can grab and pull on the body and tear it.
- Screw the m3x12mm screws into the under bed clamps so they are ready to install.
- Place up under the bed rail, line up the hoops and screw them in most of the way.
- Line up the hoops side to side, front to rear, tighten down the rest of the way. Be careful not to strip them out or you'll be printing a new hoop.

Roof rack install directions:
- The roof rack has a front and back, the front has the small bumps underneath to level it with the bed rack. It also has bigger radius' on the corners towards the front window.
- Line up the roof rack to the bed rack, I made sure the ends lined up side to side, and made a 2mm or so gap between them. Taped it in place while I made my marks.
- Mark the 4 holes, I used a small drill bit. It's hard to make a template for this since you kind of need the full rack to line up with the bed rack easier. The holes should line up to the bumps in the roof.
- Drill the holes. I used a body reamer to be more controlled, made them about 2.5mm/3mm so I can line it up with the bed rack if I made the holes off a bit. Be careful using a drill bit, they can grab and pull on the body and tear it.
- Install m2x6mm screws in the roof clamps with washers, line up to the roof rack and screw them in most of the way.
- Line up the roof rack side to side with the bed rack, front to rear spacing about 2mm or so, tighten down the rest of the way. Be careful not to strip them out or you'll be printing a new roof rack.
- If installing a light bar, drill a hole in the center of the roof, under the second bar or so and it hides it well.
