This is the ultimate sound engine for your creations. It’s not a standalone fidget, but an internal mechanism designed to be integrated into cases, buttons, or tactile toys that need a real, satisfying mechanical "click."

I’ve optimized this design to be Print-in-Place and extremely compact, allowing you to add high-quality auditory feedback to your own models without any complications.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: At first, it might not make a sound. Keep pressing it repeatedly to "break it in." Once the internal mechanism activates, it will click perfectly every time! SINCE THERE IS A SMALL CONTACT AREA, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE LACQUER OR GLUE TO FIX IT TO THE PRINTING PLATE

I have prepared two files with precise measurements to fit the scale of your project:

• Standard Version (17mm): Ideal for original-style fidgets, as it closely matches the standard size.
• Large Version (19.6mm): Provides a slightly more robust click and is easier to fit into larger models.

• Easy Integration: Designed as a "block" ready to be inserted into your CAD files.
• 100% Mechanical: The spring is part of the print. No metal springs, screws, or glue required.
• Tactile Feedback: Engineered to mimic the resistance and feel of an industrial switch or a mechanical keyboard.

🛠️ Printing & Assembly Tips:

• Material: Use PLA+ for a "crisper" sound or PETG for better long-term spring durability.
• TEMP: 220°C
• Resolution: 0.2mm is recommended. Since these are small parts (17mm - 19.6mm), precise tolerances are key to a great sound.
• Pro Tip: This model fits in the same space as an original clicker. Before gluing, please note that it requires a tiny bit of "play" (clearance). You must leave a small gap for the sound-producing part to move freely. See the example image to ensure it works correctly. 2. Versión High: 19.6cm - Para un clic ligeramente más robusto y mayor facilidad de encaje en modelos grandes.

🛠️ Consejos para la Impresión y Uso:

• Material: Usa PLA+ para un sonido más "seco" o PETG para mayor durabilidad del muelle interno.
• TEMP: 220°C
• Resolución: Se recomienda 0.2mm. Al ser piezas tan pequeñas 1.7cm- 1.96cm, la precisión en las tolerancias es lo que garantiza un buen sonido.
