ITC PARwise PAR Meter Wand

This modular wand extension is designed specifically for the ITC PARwise , allowing you to measure PAR values safely and accurately inside your aquarium.

The wand system consists of interchangeable extension tubes, so you can build the exact length you need for your tank — whether you’re measuring in a shallow frag tank or a deep display aquarium.

It provides better reach, improved control, and more stable positioning when taking PAR readings, helping you dial in your lighting with precision.

The rods are intentionally designed as separate print parts.

When printing 3–4 rods at the same time on my Bambu Lab P1S, the thin rods would sometimes detach from the build plate due to vibrations during printing.

Printing them individually significantly improves reliability and print success.

Important Print Settings (Required)

You must use 5–6 wall loops (perimeters) when printing the rods.

Using fewer walls may weaken the structure and can result in broken threads or snapped rods.

Recommended settings:

  • Walls: 5–6 perimeters (important!)
  • Layer height: 0.20
  • Infill: 20–30%
  • Material: PETGE

Supports

  • Only use support on the Rod Attachment piece
  • All other parts can be printed without supports
