Unnecessarily tall dice tower

I humbly present it to you all the unnecessarily tall dice tower. Everything in this model is original and hand drawn, down to each and every stone. Originally made for my friend Adam for secret santa, it is now yours to enjoy and expand.

 

This is a tower that can be as tall as you want. Step files also provided for the adventurous - please remix and share!

Using EXACTLY one spool of PLA Marble, you can print the base, two middle sections, and the top. The base and middle sections are 150mm, so with the topper that will put you at 480mm (almost 19 inches) tall.

 

Base segment: 496 grams, 18 hours on my A1

Middle segment: 216 grams, 10 hours on my A1

Topper: 60 grams, 2.5 hours on my A1

 

If you choose to adjust settings for multicolor or other reasons, may I recommend you keep some of the settings provided in the original 3mf:

-Fuzzy skin around the rocks, similar to real mortar

-Slow speed for the top fins (set layer range modifier) to ensure they don't wiggle and create difficulty interlocking the pieces due to deformations while printing
