Winmau Blade Dartboard Replacement Spacer

This is a replacement adjustment spacer / screw cap for the back of a Winmau Blade dartboard.

On the rear of the dartboard there are three adjustable screws used to level the board against the wall. These screws are normally adjusted using a plastic cap. If one of these caps is lost or damaged, leveling the board becomes difficult. This model provides a simple and effective replacement.

The spacer is designed to be 3D printed in TPU 95A. Using this flexible material not only ensures durability and grip when adjusting the screw, but also adds additional sound and vibration dampening between the dartboard and the wall.

Installation Note

It is recommended to use a small amount of 2-second glue (cyanoacrylate / super glue) to permanently attach the cap to the adjustment screw. This helps prevent the cap from coming loose during adjustment or use.
