One Day Pill Box - 3 Compartments, 2 Sizes

These Small and Standard One Day Pill Boxes keep your pills or other small items readily available while preventing them from being crushed while stored in your pocket or purse. With three compartments, either of these One Day Pill Boxes will hold your pills for morning, mid-day, and night!  They can be printed in PLA or PETG (or a mixture of both - as I do so I can have a semi-see-through Cover using clear translucent PETG).

The Standard One Day Pill Box is a compact 72mm (2.80") long by 30mm (1.18") wide by 14mm (~0.55") high, and it features three internal compartments that are each 20mm (~0.79") long by 26mm (1.02") wide by 10mm (~0.39") high.

The Small One Day Pill Box is the same length and width as the standard version, but it's 4mm lower at 10mm (~0.39") high with three internal compartments that are each 6mm (~0.24") high.

The sturdy design of both of these One Day Pill Boxes protects your pills from being crushed while in your pocket, your purse, or your toolbox.

ASSEMBLY...

Both One Day Pill Boxes print as two parts - the Cover (with raised closure bumps facing upward) and the Container. Assembly consists of simply flipping the Cover over and sliding the Cover into the grooves on the sides of the Container until it clicks shut. Whenever you close your One Day Pill Box, be sure the bumps on the Cover are facing toward the Container or the Cover will not latch closed!

To open your One Day Pill Box, press the tab at the end to release the Cover, then slide it open.

To allow modifications, I have provided STEP (.stp) files for both Containers and both Covers (the Covers are actually the same for both versions).

3MF files have been provided for Prusa Slicer and for Bambu Studio (has "-Bambu" in the filename) for the Standard version and for the Small version (has "Small" in the filename). Each 3MF file has a build plate with the complete One Day Pill Box as well as separate build plates for the Container only and the Cover only (in case you wish to print the two parts in different colors and/or filament types in the most efficient way).

The One Day Pill Boxes seen in the photos were printed with Bambu PLA and Bambu PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.15mm (0.12mm for Bambu) layer height with concentric top and bottom layers (purely for the visual effect) and a 10% honeycomb infill. You can make the One Day Pill Box larger by scaling it up in your slicer; you could also scale down to a smaller size, but the sliding channels will become too small if you make it much smaller! You can print the One Day Pill Box at 0.2mm layer height, but it comes out better if you print with a smaller layer height.
